Ms. Sol Daurella is Chairman of the Board of the Company since May 2016. She is a member of the Nomination Committee and the Affiliated Transaction Committee. She started her career in the Mac Group, a strategic consultancy firm, before joining her familys CocaCola bottling business in Spain in 1992. Since then, she has held a number of roles at various CocaCola bottling businesses. She was Chairman and CEO of CocaCola Iberian Partners, S.A. and, until the end of November 2015, was a director of Vfilfell hf, the bottler of CocaCola in Iceland. She is currently a director of Equatorial CocaCola Bottling Company, S.L.. Sol is currently CoChairman and member of the Executive Committee of Cobega, S.A., Executive Chairman of Olive Partners, S.A. and CoChairman of Grupo Cacaolat, S.L. She also serves as a director and member of the Appointments, Remuneration Committees of Banco de Santander, S.A.. She has also held a number of positions at other public companies from 2009 to 2014 she served as a director of Banco de Sabadell, S.A., and between 2010 and 2014 she was a director of Ebro Foods, S.A. a multinational food group operating in the rice and pasta sectors and Acciona, S.A. a Spanish corporation that develops and manages infrastructure and renewable energy. Sol was Honorary Consul for Iceland in Catalonia since 1992 and is also involved in foundations dedicated to cancer research, health and wellbeing and education. since 2016.
