From 1995 to 1999 he was Managing Director of Molino Beverages, with responsibility for expanding markets, including the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Romania, Moldova, Russia and Nigeria. Irial was CEO of CocaCola HBC AG from 2001 until 2003. Irial then served The CocaCola Company from 2004 to March 2018 during which time he was Executive Vice President, President, Bottling Investments Group, and a member of The CocaCola Foundation. In addition, Irial served as a director of CocaCola Amatil until 2009, CocaCola Enterprises, Inc. until 2010, G2G Trading until 2015, CocaCola HBC AG to June 2016, CCE AG until 2016, CocaCola East Japan until March 2017 and CocaCola FEMSA until May 2017. since 2016.
