Mr. David F. Walker is Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. He was a director since 2005 and currently serves as Chair of the Board and Chair of our Audit Committee. He also serves on the board of directors and chairs the audit committees of CommVault Systems, Inc., a data management software company, and CoreLogic, Inc., a real estate intelligence and analytics company. In addition, he was the Director of the Accountancy Program at the University of South Florida from 2002 through 2009 and led the schools Program for Social Responsibility and Corporationrationrate Reporting. Mr. Walker was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1986 until 2002 and was in charge of the firms assurance and business advisory services practice in the FloridaCaribbean region. He was deemed by the Board to be an Audit Committee Financial Expert. since 2020.
