Mr. Bradley S. Anderson is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Anderson was an Executive Vice President of CBRE Group, Inc., formerly CB Richard Ellis, Inc., an international real estate brokerage company, since 2009, and he has held various positions in Phoenix, Arizona with its predecessor, CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., since January 1987. He served as Interim Chairman of the Board of Continental Homes Holding Corporationration from October 1997 through April 1998, when it merged into D.R. Horton, and he became a director of D.R.
