Mr. Gary M. Philbin is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He became the Enterprise President of Dollar Tree on December 30, 2016. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Family Dollar Stores from July 2015 to December 2016. From March 2007 to July 2015, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Dollar Tree. He previously served as our Senior Vice President of Stores since December 2001. He joined Dollar Tree after a thirty year career in the retail grocery industry. This included serving as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Merchandising Officer of Grand Union from 1997 through the year of the companys sale in 2000. Prior to Grand Union, he held senior executive level positions with SuperValu from 1996 to 1997, and AP, from 1993 to 1996. In his career, Mr. Philbin held roles in both merchandising and operations at the corporate level. His career started with the Kroger Company where he held increasing positions of responsibility over a twenty year career. since 2020.
