Mr. Nauman S. Malik is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of the Company. Mr. Malik has served as our Chief Compliance Officer since September 2015. Mr. Malik also serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Adviser. Prior to joining the Adviser, Mr. Malik was a corporate attorney with Dechert LLP from September 2012 to May 2015 . Prior to joining Dechert LLP in 2012, Mr. Malik was General Counsel of Monsoon Capital LLC, an investment management firm, where he served in various legal and compliance roles from September 2008 to August 2012 since 2015.
