Mr. OToole brings to the Board public company chief executive leadership experience in a regulated, capital intensive industry. His operational experience in safety, risk and crisis management is particularly relevant to the oversight of our business and strategy. Mr. OToole is a director of the National Safety Council and previously served as a director of First Group plc and CSX Corporationrationration. Mr. OToole is a graduate of La Salle University and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. since 2017.
