Mr. Brian P. Lynch is the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporationrationrate Secretary of Callaway Golf Company. He is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and has served in such capacity since January 2019. He served as the Companys Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporationrationrate Secretary commencing in June 2012 before being appointed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in April 2017 and Chief Financial Officer in July 2017. Mr. Lynch is responsible for the Companys finance, accounting, law, information technology, corporate audit, and compliance functions. Mr. Lynch serves on the Board of Directors of the Callaway Golf Foundation. Mr. Lynch also formerly served as the Companys Chief Ethics Officer from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Lynch first joined Callaway Golf in December 1999 as Senior Corporationrationrate Counsel and was appointed Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in April 2005 and Vice President and Corporationrationrate Secretary in November 2008 since 2019.
