Ms. MacKenzie holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Ms. MacKenzie also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors. since 2011.

Enerplus Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Enerplus' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Enerplus inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Enerplus.
