Mr. Michael Dale McKee is a Independent Director of First American Financial Corporationrationration. Mr. McKee was a director since March 2011. He serves as executive chairman of HCP, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust for which he was a director since 1989. During 2016, he also served as interim chief executive officer and president of HCP. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. McKee was chief executive officer of Bentall Kennedy, a registered real estate investment advisor. Mr. McKee also served as the chief executive officer of The Irvine Company, a privatelyheld real estate development and investment company, from 2007 to 2008, as vice chairman of its board of directors from 1999 to 2008 and as an executive officer of that company since 1994. Prior to that, he was a partner with the law firm of Latham Watkins LLP from 1986 to 1994. In addition, Mr. McKee is the Chairman of Realty Income Corporation and the Tiger Woods Foundation. He previously served as a director of Mandalay Resort Group, Irvine Apartment Communities, Inc. and Oasis Residential Inc since 2011.
