Mr. Lanes qualifications to serve on the FNF board include his extensive experience in and knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LaneKuhn Pacific, Inc., his deep knowledge of FNF and our business landscape as a longtime director, and his experience as a member of the boards of directors of other companies. since 1989.
