Mr. James T. Reed, Jr., is an Executive Vice President Commercial Banking West of the Banner Bank, a subsidiary Company of Banner Corporationrationration. He joined Towne Bank as a Vice President and Commercial Branch Manager in July 1995 and was named to his current position as the West Region Commercial Banking Executive in July 2012. He is responsible for Commercial Banking in Western Washington and Western Oregon, as well as Treasury Management and Specialty Banking Services since 2012.

Currently, Mr. Reed is a member of the University of Washington Bothell Advisory Board and the Association of Washington Business Board of Directors.
