Mr. Stuart L. R. Solomons serves as Interim Managing Director of GEROVA Financial Group, Ltd., since April 13, 2010. He resigned as Managing Director in June 2010, but remains a member of the company board of directors. It is intended that Mr. Solomons will remain as a member of the company board of directors only until such time as a suitable replacement is appointed. For the past ten years Mr. Solomons has engaged in an international tax practice as a partner in the offices of Transtax Limited, based in Lugano, Switzerland. In addition, he founded and for the past six years has served as Chairman of one of the privately owned companies in the United Kingdom specializing in assisting individuals in the annulment of personal insolvencies. In addition, Mr. Solomons was the former chairman of AMEC, an independent recording consol manufacturer in the world. AMEC earned the Queens Award for industry for 3 consecutive years for its contribution to British exports. Mr. Solomons has held the position of visiting professor of international law and has lectured and spoken at a number of conferences since 2010.
