Mr. Massimo Vai serves as Director of Strategic Planning and Regulatory at Hera S.p.A. since April 2012. Kearney in 2000 as an Associate where he oversaw projects with increasing levels of responsibility involving national clients in various industrial sectors automotive fastmoving consumer goods utilities and organisation of sporting events. As Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney since 2006 he heads projects for national and international clients primarily in the FMCG sector. In 2009 he joined Ciccolella S.p.A. where he is Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning. He joined the Hera Group in April 2010 as Strategic Planning Manager in the Business Development and Strategic Planning Central Department. since 2012.
