Mr. James P. Breslawski, CPA is President, Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company. He was with the Company since 1980, in his current position as Vice Chairman since March 2018, President since 2005 and as a director since 1992. He is also a member of our Executive Management Committee. Mr. Breslawski held the position of Chief Executive Officer of our Global Dental Group from 2005 to March 2018. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Dental from 1990 to 2005, with primary responsibility for the North American Dental Group. Between 1980 and 1990, Mr. Breslawski held various positions with us, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Corporationrationrate Controller. Mr. Breslawski partners with our senior leadership team to address corporate and strategic priorities. Mr. Breslawski brings to the Companys Board of Directors management and leadership experience. The Board of Directors is aided by Mr. Breslawskis understanding of the health care business and his keen business acumen, leadership ability and interpersonal skills. Mr. Breslawski has served as Chairman of the Board of the American Dental Trade Association, Chairman of the Board of the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation and President of the Dental Dealers of America. He is also a member of the Leadership Council, School of Dental Medicine at Harvard University, a former board member of the Dental Life Network, a former member of the Board of Governors for St. Johns University and a former trustee of Long Island University. Mr. Breslawski is also a Certified Public Accountant. since 2018.
