Mr. Walter Siegel serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of the Company. He is also a member of our Executive Management Committee. Mr. Siegel directs the Companys worldwide legal and regulatory functions and activities, advising the Company on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters affecting various business units, including, among other things, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property, SEC reporting and regulatory diligence and compliance. He also manages input from outside counsel on corporate and litigation matters, and oversees and participates in drafting a broad range of commercial documents and contracts between the Companys business units and third parties since 2013.
