Mr. Andreas Fibig is a Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Fibig was a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. From 2008 to 2014. Mr. Fibig served as President and Chairman of the Board of Management of Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, the pharmaceutical division of Bayer AG. Prior to this position, Mr. Fibig held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Pfizer Inc., a researchbased pharmaceutical company, including as Senior Vice President in the US Pharmaceutical Operations group from 2007 through 2008 and as President, Latin America, Africa and Middle East from 2006 through 2007. Mr. Fibig earned a University of Berlin. since 2014.
