Mr. Eric A. Demirian is an Independent Director of the Company. He was President of Parklea Capital Inc., a boutique financial advisory and strategy firm since 2003, and is President of Demicap Inc., a private investment firm. Prior to Mr. Demirians position at Parklea Capital, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Group Telecom, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Demirians previous positions include, partner and head of Information and Communication Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Internal Auditor at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation .
