Mr. Kenneth Ian Weissman is Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporationrationrate Secretary of the Company. He joined the Company in October 2011 as Vice President, Legal Affairs, and has held the position of Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs since 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Weissman was an associate lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher Flom in New York and Testa, Hurwitz Thibeault in Boston, and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Judith S. Kaye, Chief Judge of the State of New York. Mr. Weissman is Corporationrationrate Secretary to the Board of Directors of TCLIMAX Entertainment Co., Limited, a joint venture of TCL Corporation and the Company since 2011.
