Mr. Christopher R. Eng J.D. is Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Eng has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since our formation in June 2010. He was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer in May 2014, in addition to his roles as General Counsel and Secretary. In March 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President in addition to his roles as General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and Secretary. Mr. Eng was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The Summit Group and our predecessor in 2004. Mr. Eng was responsible for The Summit Groups legal affairs and for guiding its corporate compliance, focusing on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, franchise licensing, corporate insurance coverage, corporate governance and securities industry regulatory compliance. Prior to joining The Summit Group, Mr. Eng was an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer for The First National Bank in Sioux Falls since 2016.
