Mr. Nicholas E. Brathwaite is an Independent Director of Inphi Corporationrationration. He was a Founding Partner of Riverwood Capital since 2008. Mr. Brathwaite served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aptina Imaging Corporation from April 2008 to July 2009 and has served as its chairman of the board from 2009, until it was sold to ON Semiconductor in 2014. Prior to Aptina, he joined Flextronics International Ltd. in 1995 as its Vice President of Technology and from 2000 to 2007, he served as its Chief Technology Officer. Flextronics acquired nChip, where Mr. Brathwaite held the position of Vice President and General Manager of operations from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Brathwaite also spent six years with Intel Corporation in various engineering management positions in technology development and manufacturing. Mr. Brathwaite is currently on the boards of directors of Power Integrations and Lighting Science Group . He also served on the boards of directors of Tessera Technologies, Inc. and of Photon Dynamics, Inc. prior to its acquisition in 2008 since 2013.
