Mr. Steven Roth is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the company. Mr. Roth was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Vornado since May 1989 and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vornado board since April 1980. From May 1989 until May 2009, Mr. Roth served as Vornado Chief Executive Officer, and was serving as Chief Executive Officer again from April 15, 2013 until the present. He is a cofounder and Managing General Partner of Interstate Properties since September 1968. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Alexander, Inc. since March 1995 and May 2004, respectively, and has served as a trustee of Urban Edge Properties since the completion of its spinoff from Vornado in January 2015. Mr. Roth was a director of J. C. Penney Company, Inc. from February 2011 until September 2013. Mr. Roth is a graduate of DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a MBA degree with Highest Distinction from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Mr. Roth is a Vornado Board Designee since 2020.
