Mr. Adam Bugajczuk has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board for Development at KGHM POLSKA MIEDZ SPOLKA AKCYJNA since August 24, 2018. He was coresponsible for execution of cost optimization under the banks business strategy. He supported the process of business expansion of PKO Bank Polski S.A. He was responsible for the implementation of procurement policy in the Groups companies. He was employed from 2002 to 2010 in the company Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., where he cooperated in the implementation of investment projects. He was also responsible for the optimization and supervision over the realization of network contracts. He has experience in the areas of standardization and normalization of business processes. since 2018.
