Agnieszka WinnikKalemba - KGHM Polska Independent Member of the Supervisory Board

Ms. Agnieszka WinnikKalemba has served as Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedz Spolka Akcyjna since December 7, 2016. She is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Strategy Committee at the Company. She holds Masters degree in Law from Uniwersytet Wroclawski. Since 2003 she was owner of a Law Office Agnieszka WinnikKalemba. In 2016, from March till June she was Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP S.A. From 2006 to 2010 she was an Advisor and regular associate of the late Member of Parliament Aleksandra NataliiSwiat. From 2006 to 2008 she worked at PKO BP S.A. as Member of the Supervisory Board and from 1998 to 2000 at Lower Silesia Marshals Office in Wroclaw as Manager of the Legal Services Office. Moreover, from 1997 to 1998 she was Legal Assistant to the Chairman of the Chamber of Regions of the European Council in Strasbourg, Independent Parliament of the Voivodeship of Wroclaw. From 1996 to 1997 she acted as Legal Assistant in the Law Offices of Bowles, Keating, Matuszewich Fiordalisi ChicagoMilanRome, A Partnership of Professional Corporationrationration, Chicago, USA. From 1989 to 1991 she was Head Office of the trade union NSZZ Solidarnosc, Lower Silesia Region and between 1987 and 1989 she acted as an Associate of the Commission for Intervention and Law and Order of the trade union NSZZ Solidarnosc. From 1986 until 1989 she was an Associate of the Regional Executive Commitee of the trade union NSZZ Solidarnosc, Lower Silesia Region. since 2016.
