Kwok Hongchoy - Link Real CEO

Mr. Hongchoy Kwok Lung is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust, Mr Hongchoy has extensive experience in investment banking, financial consulting and accounting in Asia and New Zealand with focus on real estate, financial services and consumerretail sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury and a MBA degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Senior Fellow and a member of the Corporationrationrate Advisory Council of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, and a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Institute of Shopping Centre Management. Mr HONGCHOY is Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of The Tracker Fund of Hong Kong of the SFO whose units are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, a member of the Corporationrationrate Governance Committee of Charoen Pokphand Group, Thailand, a member of the Asia Executive Board of The Wharton School and a Council Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is a governor of Infrastructure and Urban Development Community, World Economic Forum and an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation Limited. Mr HONGCHOY was named Business Person of the Year by DHLSCMP Hong Kong Business Awards in 2015. He was also presented with Asian Corporationrationrate Director Award by Corporationrationrate Governance Asia in 20132016, Director of the Year Award under the category of Listed Companies Executive Directors by The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award by Enterprise Asia in 2011. since 2010.
