In January 2017, Mr. Brandt was elected chairman of the board of Altaba Inc. after serving as a member of the board since March 2016 and serves as chair of its audit and nominating and corporate governance committees and as a member of its compensation committee. Mr. Brandt is also chairman of the board and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of Dentsply Sirona Inc., a dental products company. He is also a member of the board of directors of Lam Research Corporationrationration, a wafer fabrication equipment company, serving as its audit committee chair. Mr. Brandt currently serves as a member of the Georgia Tech Presidents Advisory Board. since 2018.
