Mr. Hackett provides valuable service and experience to the Audit Committee, due to his four years of experience in private equity and over 38 in the energy industry. Through the various leadership positions, he has held with several publicly traded energy companies, Mr. Hackett has gained valuable knowledge of the oil and gas industry and extensive experience in assessing the risks associated with various energy industry cycles since 2016.
