Mr. Ramon Laguarta is the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Effective February 01, 2019. Mr. Laguarta previously served as President from 2017 to 2018. Prior to serving as PepsiCos President, Mr. Laguarta also held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in Europe, including as Commercial Vice President of PepsiCo Europe from 2006 to 2008, PepsiCo Eastern Europe Region from 2008 to 2012, President, Developing Emerging Markets, PepsiCo Europe from 2012 to 2015, Chief Executive Officer, PepsiCo Europe in 2015, and Chief Executive Officer, Europe SubSaharan Africa from 2015 to 2017. From 2002 to 2006, he was General Manager for Iberia Snacks and Juices, and from 1999 to 2001 a General Manager for Greece Snacks. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1996 as a marketing vice president for Spain Snacks, Mr. Laguarta worked for Chupa Chups, S.A., where he worked in several international assignments in Europe and the United States. since 2019.
