Mr. Fotiades was chairman of Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc., a provider of advanced technologies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and consumer health companies, from June 2007 to February 2010. Mr. Fotiades is Chairman of the board of AptarGroup, Inc., a global dispensing systems company, and is vice chairman of the board of Cantel Medical Corporationration He previously served on the board of AlbertoCulver Company, a consumer products company specializing in hair and skin care products. Mr. Fotiades was previously the president and chief operating officer of Cardinal Health, Inc. and also served as president and chief executive officer of Cardinals Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services segment. Mr. Fotiades also served as president of Warner Lamberts consumer healthcare business, as well as in other senior positions at BristolMyers Squibb, Wyeth, and Procter Gamble since 2011.
