Mr. Jeffrey Davis Furber is Independent Director of Stag Industrial Inc., since April 2011. Mr. Furber serves as the chief executive officer of AEW Capital Management, a real estate investment management company, and the chairman of AEW Europe, where he has oversight responsibility for all of AEWs operating business units in the United States, Europe and Asia. In these capacities, he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management and capital markets activity, including the sourcing of equity and mezzanine debt investments. In addition, Mr. Furber currently serves on the board of The Howard Hughes Corporation since 2011.
