Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Center, NYU Langone Medical Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center and The Ronald O. Perelman Center for Performing Arts at the World Trade Center. Mr. Schwartz has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Scientific Games since 2003 and Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. since 2017. From 2005 to 2014, Mr. Schwartz served as a member of the Board of Directors of Harland Clarke Holdings Corporationration since 2019.
