Mr. Toy primary areas of responsibility at Rainier Pacific and Rainier Pacific Bank include strategic planning and development, shareholder relations, and marketing. Mr. Toy serves as the Treasurer and as Trustee of the Rainier Pacific Foundation. since 2008.
