He also served for 22 years at Genuine Parts Company in positions of increasing responsibility from 1975 to 1997. Mr. Morgan was a director of Tech Data Corporation since 2007. He formerly served as a director of ITT Educational Services, Inc., Rayonier Inc., Baker Taylor, Inc. and Waste Management, Inc since 2014.
