For the past nine years Edison Alvares has led the Finance and Administration team of JBS Australia, from the first stages of JBSs ownership and expansion in 2007, through to the consolidated business today of over 13, 000 employees and revenue in excess of AU7 Billion. Prior to joining JBS in 2005, in Brazil, he was employed in finance and controlling roles within the telecommunications and capital goods sectors. since 2016.

Elected by the shareholders, the SCOTT TECHNOLOGY's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: SCOTT TECHNOLOGY inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of SCOTT.
