Mr. Jure Sola is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Sola has served as Chief Executive Officer from April 1991 to October 2017, as Chairman of Sanmina Board from April 1991 to December 2001 and from December 2002 to October 2017, and CoChairman of Sanmina Board from December 2001 to December 2002. In 1980, Mr. Sola cofounded Sanmina Corporation and initially held the position of Vice President of Sales. In October 1987, he became Vice President and General Manager of Sanmina Corporationrationration, responsible for manufacturing operations and sales and marketing. In July 1989, Mr. Sola was elected as a director and in October 1989 was appointed as President of Sanmina Corporationrationration. since 2017.
