Mr. Andrew S. Levine serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, Chief Legal Officer of the Company. Andrew S. Levine has served as our Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel since April 2007 and as our General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Secretary since November 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Levine was a partner in the REIT and Real Estate Transactions and Business groups at the law firm of Pryor, Cashman, Sherman Flynn, LLP. Prior to joining Pryor, Cashman, Sherman Flynn, LLP, Mr. Levine was a partner at the law firm of Dreyer Traub since 2007.
