Former cohead of the real estate investment banking unit at Chemical Bank, where he was a pioneer in commercial mortgage securitization. Cofounder of the Tribeca Film Festival Chairman of Turtle Pond Publications LLC, which is active in childrens publishing and entertainment, and private investor in other entrepreneurial ventures. Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and innovation. since 2011.
