Ms. Susan Neumann was Vice President Accounting, Controller, Secretary of Smart Sand, Inc. From April 2013 to October 2016, she served as our Controller. She also served as our Secretary from July 2014 to June 2017. Prior to joining us in April 2013, Ms. Neumann was an assurance senior manager at BDO USA, LLP . At BDO, she served in various roles in the assurance group from September 2000 to March 2013 since 2016.

Smart Sand Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Smart Sand's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Smart Sand inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Smart.
