In addition, he has substantial experience, expertise and qualifications in accounting as a result of having been a chief financial officer of the AICPA and a Certified Public Accountant in a public accounting firm for many years, and as a result of being or having been a member of six audit committees, including the TDS Audit Committee since 2010. Further, his background and attributes bring diversity to the board. Mr. Davis is a member of the board of directors of West Broad Street YMCA in Savannah, Georgia, and is named in Who Who Among African Americans since 2009.

Telephone And Data Leadership Team
