Mr. Rubel was an executive and director of numerous multinational retail and consumer branded companies, including Supervalu from 2010 to 2016 and HSNi from 2012 to 2017. Mr. Rubel earned his B.S. in journalism from Ohio University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Miami. Mr. Rubel is a member of the Audit Committee of our Board. since 2018.
