Arancia Industrial was the former joint venture partner with the company in corn wet milling and refining operations in Mexico. Previously, Mr. ArangurenTrellez served as Operations Director of CPIngredientes, S.A. de C.V., Ingredions Mexican subsidiary, from 1996 until 2000, and had served in various other management positions with that company and its predecessors since 1989. Mr. ArangurenTrellez is Chairman of PFS de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., a private Mexican company in the food service and logistics area previously controlled by Arancia and now a joint venture with Sysco Corporation since 2003.
