Carlo Bottarelli - Triunfo Participaes CEO

Mr. Carlo Alberto Bottarelli serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of TPI Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos SA since May 15, 2009. He also served as Chief Energy Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer, Business Development Officer, Investor Relations Officer, and a Member of the Executive Board of the Company as from August 13, 2007. He worked as Resident Engineer for Ivai Engenharia de Obras SA. He worked in the hydroelectric plant Bento Munhoz da Rocha, in Foz do Areia, on highways SC438 and 466 in Orleans, and Tubarao for the DER in the State of Santa Catarina. He was Superintendent of Works in the State of Parana, responsible for technical commercial relationship with DER PR, Centrais Eletricas do Sul do Brasil SA Eletrosul, Consorcio CESPIPT and Paulipetro. He also worked in technical oversight, in the areas of public tenders, registration, planning and budget works and costs, analysis of results, projections and services of interest of the Company. He was responsible for operational duties as Director, Director of Development and responsible for the technical Ivai Engenharia de Obras SA, in the direction of the plans for the construction of works of the company. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Parana. since 2015.
