Before joining WESCO in 2004, Mr. Engel served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gateway, Inc. Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Perkin Elmer, Inc. and Vice President and General Manager of Allied Signal, Inc. Mr. Engel also held various engineering, manufacturing and general management positions at General Electric Company. Mr. Engel is a member of the Business Roundtable and the Business Council, and is a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers. since 2011.
