Mr. Marcos Miguel Browne is Gas and Energy Executive Vice President of YPF Sociedad Anonima since March 16, 2016. He earned a degree in industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnolgico de Buenos Aires, obtained a masters degree in business administration from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom and a diploma in natural gas management and economics from the College of Petroleum Studies, University of Oxford United Kingdom. He further completed a specialization in economics of oil and natural gas at the ITBA and a Management Development Program at IAE Business School. He has held several positions at YPF, including Head of Supply and Processing of Natural Gas from February 1994 to May 2000. He served as Head of the Gas and Liquid Gas Processing Business at TGS S.A. where he held severals roles from June 2000 to March 2004. He is a founding partner of Endriven S.A. where he served as Director until March 2016. He also served as General Manager of Gas Meridional S.A., General Manager of C3Plus S.A. and President of Fuels Meridional S.A. He is President of the Board of Directors of Compaa Mega S.A, and of YPF Energa Elctrica S.A. and Director of YPF Tecnologa S.A. Mr. Browne was our Alternate Director since April, 2017 and our Gas Energy Executive Vice President since March 2016. since 2016.
