He also serves as the Companys Compliance Officer. Mr. Landress was involved in the shopping center business since 1961 when he joined the Lebovitz familys development business. In 1970, he became affiliated with Arlens shopping center division, and, in 1978, joined Charles B. Lebovitz as an Associate in establishing CBLs Predecessor. since 1997.
