Mr. Leo W. Huole serves as Senior NonExecutive Independent Director at CNH Industrial N.V. He is Chairperson of the Compensation Committee and Member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Company. Mr. Houle was a Director of CNH Global N.V. from April 7, 2006 until the integration of the company into CNH Industrial. On September 6, 2011, Mr. Houle was appointed to the Board of Directors of Chrysler Group LLC. Mr. Houle was Chief Talent Officer of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada, Canadas largest communications company, from June 2001 until his retirement in July 2008. Prior to joining BCE and Bell Canada, Mr. Houle was Senior VicePresident, Corporationrationrate Human Resources of Algroup Ltd., a Swissbased diversified industrial company. From 1966 to 1987, Mr. Houle held various managerial positions with the Bank of Montreal, the last of which was Senior Manager, Human Resources Administration Centers. In 1987, Mr. Houle joined the Lawson Mardon Group Limited and served as Group VicePresident, Human Resources until 1994 when Algroup Ltd. acquired Lawson Mardon Group at which time he was appointed Head of Human Resources for the packaging division of Algroup and in 1997 Head of Corporationrationrate Human Resources of Algroup, Ltd. Mr. Houle completed his studies at the College Saint Jean in Edmonton, attended the Executive Development Program in Human Resources at the University of Western Ontario in 1987 and holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional from the Province of Ontario. since 2013.
