Prior to joining Trinity Hospice, Mr. Plochocki was Chief Executive Officer of InSight Health Services Corporationration, a national provider of diagnostic imaging services, from November 1999 to August 2004. Prior to joining InSight Health Services Corporationration, he was Chief Executive Officer of Centratex Support Services, Inc., a support services company for the healthcare industry, and Mr. Plochocki had previously held other senior level positions with healthcare industry firms since 2019.
