Mr. Phillip R. Watts is Co Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ouachita Baptist University in 1984. Watts led a U.S. delegation to Vienna, Austria, at the request of President Bush and Secretary of State Powell, to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Conference on Racism, Discrimination and Xenophobia and accompanied President Bush on his historic trip to Africa.
