Mr. David Trick is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer of the Company. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Ambac since January 2010 and as a Senior Managing Director from January 2010 until his appointment as Executive Vice President. Mr. Trick was interim President and Chief Executive Officer of AAC from January 2015 until March 2016. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Trick has executive responsibility for managing Ambacs financial affairs, including financial reporting, asset and liability management, investment management, financial planning, tax strategy, capital resources, operations, capital markets and liquidity. In addition, since May 2006, he has served as Treasurer of Ambac and AAC. Since September 2015, Mr. Trick has served as an Executive Director of Ambac Assurance UK Limited since 2016.
