Mr. E. Philip Wenger is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Fulton Financial Corporationration effective on January 1, 2013. He also served as President from 2008 to 2017, and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Wenger was a director of Fulton Bank, N.A. from 2003 to 2009, Chairman of Fulton Bank, N.A. from 2006 to 2009 and was employed by Fulton in a number of positions since 1979. In addition, Mr. Wenger currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce as well as the Chair of the Advisory Board of Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and of the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County, as well as a member of the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisers. Mr. Wenger is also a member of the American Bankers Association board of directors and the Operation HOPE Global board of directors, a global financial dignity and economic empowerment nonprofit. He is a past chair of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and a former board member on the Lancaster County YMCA Foundation and Crispus Attucks Community Center since 2018.
